We are ready and operating during COVID-19!

We have always prioritized the safety of our customers, and in these uncertain times, this is no different. That’s why we are practicing and enforcing best practices for social distancing in the midst of COVID-19.

As you know, safety recommendations — including those for our clients and staff — can and will likely change in accordance to the CDC and our state recommendations. You can count on us to keep up-to-date with the latest recommendations by the state and federal government.

What to Expect From Us

We will also be following the CDC’s recommended guidelines to keep our employees and clients safe.

In addition, we are taking the following precautions with our employees:

All staff members will have their temperature taken before entering the building.

All staff members are required to wear a face mask/covering while in the office.

Staff members will sanitize and disinfect shared services frequently and after each consultation.

Our Scheduled Consultations

We encourage our clients to wear masks or facial coverings, wash/sanitize your hands before coming to the office, and — most importantly — stay at home if you are feeling sick.

To ensure all around safety, we are implementing new ways of operating:

  1. We are able to conduct contactless business with you by email and phone.
  2. You may stop by the office ONLY if an appointment has been confirmed.
  3. We are building stations in the lobby of the building outside our office for drop-off services. These stations will allow you to fill out our application and place all your documents in the R & A envelopes provided, then drop your documents in a secured lock box. You will receive a call to either pick your documents back up or we can keep them in your file.
  4. Zoom meetings are available or you can schedule a FaceTime or Duo call with your consultant.
